For at strømline vores kundeservice bruger vi et "support ticket" system. Enhver kundehenvendelse får et unikt nummer, et "ticket id".Dette nummer kan du bruge til at følge fremgang og svar online. Du kan også se en komplet oversigt over alle dine henvendelser til dette system. Du skal have en gyldig emailadresse for at kunne rette en henvendelse hertil.
Vi bestræber os på at besvare din henvendelse indenfor to arbejdsdage.
In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
In most cases we will answer within two working days.
Note for salespersons: Unsolicited salespitches will usually be ignored, and will reduce your chance of ever doing business with us. This system is for customer support only.
